Southampton Tomato Salad

With beautiful farm fresh tomatoes from the Southampton countryside, you don't need to do much to make the perfect salad. Just slice the tomatoes, chop up some fresh basil from the Gibbs' herb garden, a drizzle of fruity olive oil and a drop of balsamic, season with salt and pep. The perfect summer dish.
