OK Y'all - there's a new Sheriff in town... we gotta get in tip-top shape - and we're going to clean up our dinner menu and make sure we're eating the healthiest - super foodiest dinners EVER! Everyone's greatest asset is their health - and everything you put in your body affects your health. So why not make sure you're eating the healthiest dinner you can - to ensure you're getting the best nutrition for your body? One great way to do that is to make sure you're eating from the Super Food list everyday.
Here are some SuperFoods:
- Beans
- Blueberries
- Broccoli
- Oats
- Oranges
- Pumpkin
- Salmon
- Soy
- Spinach
- Tea (green or black)
- Tomatoes
- Turkey
- Walnuts
- Yogurt
From today - no more Cokes or Diet Cokes, try to drink water or green tea, or sparkling water if you need a fizzy fix. No more refined sugars - skip the carbs - skip the red meat (swordfish can be really meaty, so eat that instead!) Load up on the green veggies, double servings please. Eat your colorful berries - extra blueberries, pop some walnuts on top and double up! OK - so this is a new way to think and a new way to eat, but I promise, I will come up with satisfying dinners that are delicious and healthy. There is A LOT to learn about nutrition, I'm just starting to learn about it myself!
