Pizza Night.

I have a new dough recipe and it's awesome. 1 cup warm water, 3 cups flour, 1 packet yeast, 1 tbs sugar. Mix water, yeast, sugar and 1 cup flour and let stand for 20 mins until frothy. Then stir in 2 cups flour, reserving half a cup for when you kneed it, adding the remaining half only as you need if the dough is too tacky. Kneed for 10 mins and let rest in an oiled, covered bowl for two hours. So good.
