Pizza: gorgonzola dolce, procuitto, nectarine

Easy and so delicious - buy fresh pizza dough from the market (Whole Foods has a great pre-made dough) OR make the dough (Martha's recipe has always been my favorite - go to: Basic Pizza Dough,) flatten out the dough onto a baking sheet, stretching the dough to file the entire sheet. Pre-bake the crust at 500 degrees for 5 mins.  Then pull it out of the oven and pile on the ingredients: slice the gorgonzola dolce on the bottom (it may crumble) then drape over the procuitto, and finally add the sliced nectarines. Bake at 500 until brown and bubbly. Top with fresh basil leaves.  This one will be gone in a flash.  ENJOY!  OK - this may not qualify as 100% healthy, but it is 100% delicious.
