A similar version was published in the times last week. I made it my own with a few minor twists. And healthier too! No fatty aioli, I used non-fat Greek yogurt! I cut down on the oil and doubled the peas. I sauted my shrimp separately to get a nice golden crust to maximize flavor and then tossed them in last minute to the rice and veggies!
